First impressions are something that is of high importance to me and I was blown away by the car on first sight. Once I’d driven the car and had a look through its history I knew I wanted to buy it and so far I have no regrets and I don’t feel like there will be any. Best service I've had from a garage....
I recently brought a 2014 Audi A1 from this garage and I must say it was the best service I’ve had from a garage in a very long time I’ve been too a few garages around my area and none of them can compare to the excellent customer service that Ben and Alex provide, they are really patient and do not make you feel at pressure when making decisions about buying a car as they want the best for you with your choice, you will automatically feel comfortable and well looked after when going here highly recommended!

Probably the best experience I have had in buying a used car.
My experience at Broadland Cars has been excellent from start to finish. I was in the unusual position of wanting to source a specific car within a quick turnaround and had found it at Broadland Cars online however I live over 200 miles away. Ben and Alex were able to organise the logistics, provide assurance on the integrity of the car and went the extra mile to prepare the car so there was nothing to worry about in terms of service, MOT etc.
Communication was fantastic and highly professional which reassured me I could do this transaction at distance and without inspecting the car in person.

We have traded in 2 cars now at Broadland Cars and bought 2 new cars for our sons from Ben. One an Audi A3 and the other a BBW. The Audi drove all the way to Newcastle like a dream! Highly recommend buying a car through Broadland Cars! I recently bought my first ever car from Ben and Alex and they were incredibly helpful. The attention to detail and effort they put into the service they provide does not go unnoticed in comparison to other dealerships. You can tell you are buying from very genuine, friendly people who know what they're talking about. They also went the extra mile to fully health check the car before sale so it could be sold at it's highest standard without needing new parts fitted 6mths down the line. Two great young men who were patient, efficient, kind and certainly not pushy. Best car buying experience in my 50 years of driving.Alex looked for a car to fit our needs and came up trumps. He found a Toyota Avensis estate for us with very low annual mileage that had obviously been well looked after. He was clearly enthusiastic and proud to be able to present us with such a good example and at such a good price.It came to us with the body, interior and engine bay all looking like new. I was fairly new to purchasing a new car, having had my previous one for 12 years. Ben was really helpful with figuring out what sort of car I needed in my budget and any issues to look out for. I ended up with a car I likely wouldn't have otherwise considered, but very glad I did, as it seems like a big upgrade from my previous car and well within budget. I bought a BMW Z4 from Ben and Alex (not Jerry's) on Xmas eve. I had been looking for months and let down previously by other firms being completely disinterested or incompetant, sometimes both. I had got a good service from BMW Wollaston but they didn't have a suitable car in stock for me. Well, Broadland Cars suddenly had a Z4 which suited and I thought ey up, here we go again!
To my surprise, from first phone call, meeting Ben and Alex, test drive, purchase and handover of car the service I received was excellent. They knew their stuff .... Not surprising with Ford, Audi and BMW backgrounds.
We chewed the breeze over subjects such as religion, war and local policing, god knows how we got onto these topics when buying a used car ... Del Boy they are not!
It was a very pleasant experience and on receipt of the car felt like a fat boy learning his parents had just bought a sweet shop.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic service from Ben and Alex. Took the car for a test drive, paid for it and asked if could drive away today. Ben explained that they would like to put it through their safety check first as is their policy. When I returned to collect the car found a new brake caliper attached as the check had revealed a slight issue. The car has been perfect ever since I brought it and they could not have been more friendly and helpful

Really can't rate these guys highly enough. Really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Helped me sort out getting a replacement log book for my old car and talked me through everything. Really impressed as was happy with the car on the test drive, paid for it in full and asked if could drive it away there and then. Ben and Alex requested that they first put it through a safety check as is their custom. When I went back to collect the car found that a caliper issue had been picked up and a new caliper had been fitted. If not for their excellent customer service I would have been none the wiser. We recently wanted a first car for our daughter. Having looked at a few without success we found one with Broadland cars. Alex responded very quickly to my many questions and we soon arranged a viewing. On the day we met both Alex and Ben who were happy to leave us to look but to also be on hand with any further answers and all the documents to view. Most importantly to us they made our very daunted daughter very comfortable and at ease and made her feel central to the purchase. A successful test drive later and she is now the very proud owner of her new car. I would recommend contacting Alex and Ben prior to buying a car in the Norwich area.
